Apartment in Paris

Step 1 —Meeting and drawing up
We were approached by the girl Elena, a native Muscovite and a successful travel blogger who decided to change her place of residence and go to Paris. When compiling the technical specifications, we identified not only the technical aspects of the future design of the project, but, first of all, turned to the girl's personality. Elena is a man with a refined taste, romantic, with a soft, but not timid character. In her travels, she spends most of her time at vintage exhibitions and is inspired by the surroundings of France of the 50s. She loves to paint, spend time with friends at evening dinners, and study architecture, fashion and style.
Project goals
1. Increase the living room space by combining it with the dining group, separating it from the kitchen.
2. A stylish interior solution - eclecticism of a modern style with a vintage of the 50s, made in calm shades, but with bright accent elements.
3. Based on the hobby of the customer, provide a storage system for books, magazines and a place for an easel.
Step 2 — Measurements
When the object is located in another city, i.e., exit, we offer two options for the development of events:
1. The client orders a professional measurement of the object and sends the data to us. In this case, we work remotely.
2. We organize a field trip to the facility. In this case, measurements were made on a business trip by the chief designer and his assistant.

Step 3 — Floor plan
Elena loves to spend evenings with friends, so it became necessary to organize a large dining group, as well as a zone for conversations and recreation. In the bedroom, a closed storage system is organized, which is given a large space, which is a mandatory wish of the girl. (You will need to add here when the plans appear)
Smooth light walls provide space, and the interior becomes quiet and calm. The texture of the floor, the oak herringbone park, organically in harmony with the wooden knives of the furniture, with metal brass and, of course, with living plants.
The controls of the white spotlights on the stone and interspersed on a light countertop allow each other not to get significant material to "fall through" in light terrain.
We wanted to use a romantic city landscape. It has a simple wooden table with marble countertops and accent chairs.
This happens in a natural light, which affects a person's positive state. Clear and thin straight leg chairs allow you to swim forged details of a vintage balcony. All in all, last year.
The concept of the entire apartment is one, so the bedroom continues with a bright space with repeating elements: black metal, brass, wood. And also adds a bright color accent - a red carpet.
The straight lines of the metal are complemented by smooth, rounded curves, supporting the vintage wrought iron balcony.
A dressing table is equipped by the window for inspiration of the hostess of the apartment for leisurely self-care and a trip to the street for croissants.
Step 5 —Documentation
Since the apartment is secondary, it requires special attention and supervision of our construction experts. The entire process of completing the working documentation was accompanied by consultations of competent professionals in technical matters. After all, the high-quality implementation of working drawings is the foundation in the execution of the entire construction process.
Resume
n our projects, we are interested in a comfortable stay of a person in space. We tried to ensure that Elena was in harmony with her apartment, taking into account all the features of her character and daily routine, hobbies and wishes.
Also, when designing a space, we are interested in the principles of biophilic design in order to create a connection with materials and the environment, as well as a person with his home. It helps to feel comfort and inspiration while in your home.
